This provides for a resource for a fixed period of time. This would be appropriate to replace an in-house resource during a prolonged period of absence, or to fill a gap during a recruitment/consultation period. Alternatively you may be looking for someone to work on a specific project; skill sets can range from EDI mapping to full Project Management.

Time-Block Consultancy

With many organisations having an established and stable EDI infrastructure, they may only need EDI resources to address specific short term requirements. Time-Block consultancy allows an organisation to pre-purchase blocks of time for EDI support. This time can then be used as required during the period of the contract and additional blocks purchased if required. This gives you the flexibility to define how and when the resource is utilised.
