Help desk
The Orbit UK Help Desk is manned between the hours of 8.00 am and 5.30 pm, Mondays to Thursdays, and between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm on Fridays.

The Help Desk will:
- Respond to customer calls
- Determine the cause of problems
- Fix problem on first call or engage third parties suppliers to find a solution
- Keep customer updated of progress
- Provide a first line escalation path
In addition to problem resolution, the Help Desk provides the following service support functions for our various services:
- Password resets
- Information Exchange mailbox recovery where archiving is used
- Addition of Information Exchange Mailboxes to existing accounts
- Supply of software and installation assistance
Customer Information
When reporting an incident to the Help Desk, it is helpful if the customer can provide the following information (where applicable):
- Customer name and contact details
- Description of the problem
- Network signon account and user id
- IE Mailbox account and user id
- Date and time of last successful connection
