KADOE Workflow service launched
Orbit UK announces KADOE Workflow for integrated DVLA Keeper enquiries to capture submission errors and reduce costs
Our keeper enquiry software (KADOE) is already used by more than 50 companies in the finance, insurance, parking and legal markets. It now accounts for over 40% of the keeper enquiries made by paying customers of the DVLA. To enhance this solution further we have launched a new Web service connection that uses HTTPs and XML standards.
This new service will enable an organisation to simplify the implementation of KADOE into their back-end systems, offering faster deployment and a more integrated solution. If you can create and send XML messages from your existing software, then you can connect securely and directly to our service.
Real-time validation will reduce costs
As soon as you send your enquiry, our Web service will validate it immediately. This means you will be told of any errors prior to overnight processing by the DVLA (who charge for what you submit) and save unnecessary costs by checking for:
- Duplicate enquiries
- Valid event dates
- VRM and reference number validation
All of which would result in an enquiry rejection. By being notified beforehand you can fix the problems prior to submission, avoiding unintended charges.
Our robust, secure and easy-to-use service comes with full telephone-based support. So, to find out more, download the brochure for a detailed overview of the new service.
