To provide as flexible a service as possible we offer 2 types of consultancy.
Ad hoc consultancy
This provides a resource for a fixed period of time and would be appropriate, for example, to replace an in-house resource during a prolonged period of absence, or to fill a gap during a recruitment or consultation period. Alternatively you may be looking for someone to work on a specific project for a fixed length of time.
Time-block consultancy
With many organisations having an established and stable EDI infrastructure, they may only need EDI resources to address specific short term requirements. Time-block consultancy allows an organisation to pre-purchase blocks of time (typically 25 hours) for EDI support.
This time can then called off as and when required during the period of the contract and additional blocks purchased if needed. The time can be used for even the most minor changes and development work and consequently gives you the flexibility to define how and when the resource is utilised.
