It supports all major connectivity options and messaging formats and provides message translation, mapping and validation services.

To ensure continuity of service our solutions offer extensive backup and redundancy that is provided through two GXS Data Centres, in Holland and the USA. It is built on state-of-the art infrastructure where security and data integrity are paramount, this includes:

  • SAS 70 II audit - by a third party twice a year
  • Providing for full visibility of message delivery - incorporates the full lifecycle of the business transaction
  • Data mapping and validation - designed and implemented by a team of some 600 staff at the GXS Centre of Excellence in Manila

Additionally, to provide complete flexibility, reports can be designed, executed and downloaded by the customer for input to their MI systems
